As a senior developer on our team, you'll have a significant impact on all of our current and future projects. You'll contribute to product design, implementation, deployment, refinement, and ongoing performance tuning.

For the past several years, you've been:

• Shipping Ruby on Rails applications to production
• Using Test-Driven Development to guide your software design and catch bugs and regressions
• Treating software engineering as a craft and exploring it outside of your day job

Our clients include First Lady Michelle Obama and the USDA, the City of New York (and the NYC BigApps challenge), Thomson Reuters, Samsung, and more. We also were chosen to create and power the US Governmentwide Challenge Platform across all federal agencies for crowdsourced problem-solving: Challenge.gov. We are a lean team, and our business is growing rapidly.
