We are seeking a talented developer with web technologies experie nce. This full time, on-site, salaried position will work directly under the Senior Developer and CTO. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment and the opportunity to grow with a funded, successful early-stage company.

2+ years of work experience in software development
1+ year of Ruby on Rails development ( at least Ruby 1.8.7, Rails 3.0.x, & MySQL 5 )
Strong unders tanding of web standards, front-end web programming, and modern client-si de engineering
Experience using Git version control
Understanding of Cloud Computing services and associated technologies
Enjoys working in a startup and the freedom -- and chaos! -- associated with it
Stronger Candidates Will Have Experience With
Haml & Sass (we like using it and hope you do too)
Advanced JavaScript knowledge (namespacing, closure, writing you own functions to extend objects, und erstanding global object ramifications, etc)
Significant experience with Test Driven Development (preferably RSpec, but it's all good)
Provisioning and managing Amazon Web Services (S3 & EC2)
Automated testing & continuous integration frameworks (preferably Jenkins)
Experience with database optimization
familiarity with sophisticated JavaScript MVC frameworks (preferably Backbone.js or Ember.js)
